On April 29th 2021, 80 years after the day on which 3 members of the Haim family were hanged in 1941, a special event was held to honour and remember the Haim family who so graciously gifted their former home to the One Humanity Institute.

Domen Kocevar and Oświęcim architect Kashi Katarzyna Jarosz hosted an online memorial event from the Haim family building in which several members of the OHI expert team and Haim family participated. A short video, prepared by Haim’s family, was played, followed by words of honour and remembrance of some of Haim’s family members, as well as a discussion facilitated by Sue Steinberg.
