Bartolomiej Pawlak

Vice President of Polish Development Fund, in charge of Finance and Development.

A manager with experience in the financial, consulting, and public sectors. Deputy President and CFO of Polish Development Fund in charge of Municipality Fund as well as Flagship Programs of the Government coordinated by PFR. Previously, as the Deputy President of the Real Estate Fund he was responsible for business development for affordable housing program of the government. As the President of BOŚ Eko Profit S.A., investment company, operating in renewables, he created tools of complex investment support for clients based on one-stop-shop principles. In mid 2010s, he cooperated with the PKO BP S.A. Group, being in charge of restructuring and creating a new operational management model, and with PGNiG S.A., where he implemented a strategy in the area of commercial activity consolidation and foreign upstream ventures. He has also been a manager in international consulting companies (Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young), where he was responsible for providing services for Polish entrepreneurs. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Executive Studies in Finance and Postgraduate Studies of Foreign Service, Mr. Pawlak is the recipient of scholarships from the Herbert Hoover Institute and the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars.
