Youth, aged 15 – 25 years, are invited to attend a training Workshop Gathering in Oswiecim, Poland. This is adjacent to the horrors of Auschwitz where humanity did such atrocious acts and murdered 1.1 million people. Imagine if you could take this experience and juxtapose this for HOPE for humanity?

Join us and be inspired to lead our world into a better framework where we all thrive and appreciate each other. Explore and examine with us the lessons out of such terrible phenomena – which still happens all around the world. Be part of the solution, meet new friends from various parts of the world and stay in our House of Hope in Oswiecim, Poland. We have a Peace Lab where you will be virtually reaching out to other youth to share and discuss world issues. Be one of future leaders that inspire and transform personal and global challenges.

Inner Leadership Workshop: Cultivating Self-Awareness, Resilience, and Purpose Workshop Overview: The Inner Leadership Workshop is a one- day training program that aims to help participants develop the skills and mindset needed to lead from within. The workshop is designed to be interactive and experiential, incorporating various activities and exercises that promote self-reflection, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. Through this workshop, participants will learn to tap into their inner resources to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and purpose, which are essential qualities of effective leaders.

Objectives:

  • Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Explore values, strengths, and personal mission
  • Learn techniques for building resilience and managing stress
  • Practice mindfulness and self- care strategies
  • Develop a personal action plan for inner leadership development

Introduction to Social Entrepreneurship
Workshop Overview: The workshop is designed to be interactive and hands-on, with a focus on group discussion, brainstorming, and practical activities. The facilitator will guide participants through the process of understanding, designing, and implementing a social enterprise project, and provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed as social entrepreneurs.

Social entrepreneurship is a growing field that combines the principles of entrepreneurship with the desire to make a positive social impact. This workshop is designed to introduce participants to the basics of social entrepreneurship, including how it works, why it matters, and how to get started.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the concept and principles of social entrepreneurship
  • Explore successful examples of social entrepreneurship
  • Learn how to identify social issues and develop social enterprise ideas
  • Develop skills in designing and implementing a social enterprise project
  • Understand the key elements of a social enterprise business model
  • Learn about funding and support available for social enterprises

Global Interaction – One world values and action plan Workshop Overview: This workshop builds on the concept that we are all one people and part of a single, interconnected global community. It recognizes that we share the same planet, face many of the same challenges, and have a shared responsibility to create a sustainable future for ourselves and future generations. In this workshop we will connect with young persons across religion, ethnic, cultural, economic, political, and social networks.

It also provides opportunities for people to learn from each other, share knowledge and resources, and work together to address common challenges

such as poverty, climate change, and social inequality. Ultimately, a world with strong global interactions and shared values can be more peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable for all.

Learning Objectives:

  • To promote global interaction and understanding among participants
  • To identify and explore common values that unite us as one world community
  • To develop strategies for promoting these shared values in personal and professional settings

Action Point development and Closing Solidarity Activities. Workshop Overview: This workshop takes the learning of the past days into the future and prepare you for the leader you are. It is a participatory and collaborative workshop where you will be presented with skills and tools to achieve your goal of
being a leader. It will assist you to align your goals with clarity and develop an accountability framework to ensure that you achieve your aim.

Objectives:

  • To develop an action plan for achieving our personal goals
  • To identify potential barriers to success and strategies for overcoming them
  • To establish accountability and follow-up mechanisms for ensuring progress towards the goal
  • To plan and set up your leadership goals.

Our program includes many of our 50 experts to speak and explore with you questions and answers to the most pressing issues. We believe in you as part of an imbued conscious generation recognizing spirituality and being aware of the global external needs. Everyone is seen holistically and within the framing of life skills and purpose.

Daily program:

Interactive hands-on workshops from 9am-5pm

Evening activities and free time.
